2. Booking and Payment

All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized agents.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer cancellations:

• 100% refund if canceled 48+ hours before the tour
• No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the tour

Company cancellations:

Full refund or rescheduling offered if the tour is canceled due to weather or operational concerns.

4. Tour Changes and Delays

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, schedules, or content for safety or operational reasons.

5. Health and Safety

Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions. We reserve the right to deny participation if safety may be compromised.
